  • We spent a morning with Koji, a man full of passion for the art of green tea cultivation. His workshop is perched halfway up asteephill surrounded by small idyllic tea fields.

  • We watch intently as he bounces around his factory making small adjustments to each stage of the line, not by recipe or formula, but by instinct, assessing the feel and scent of the leaves as they release their aroma.
